Why Play?

C Play as a necessity throughout our lives.

Communication, Consideration, Contribution, Co-operation, Collaboration, Community, Connection.

All of these ‘C‘ words are apparent during play. Why do our kids go from the best in ‘play-based learning’ in Primary Schools, to competition – based sports’, in secondary schools?

For most of us that means fewer opportunities for the Functional Understanding that Naturally develops through playful encounters.

APPiE workshops and programs promote Positive Education and Positive Psychology Concepts through play.
